When I originally setup the UC540 with the SPA525G2 phones, the inbound calls were handled via the FXO ports, outbound calls when via the SIP trunk. After things were relatively debugged, I ported the telephone numbers to the SIP trunker (Broadvox, in this case). Now that the #'s have been ported and Broadvox is handling the incoming calls, I'm no longer getting the NAME along with the caller ID. The phones are just displaying the caller ID # twice.
What is the trick to getting the name back?

There is no trick.
Take "debug ccsip message" with "term mon" to prove that ITSP is sending calling name.

When I telnet into the UC540 and enter either of those commands, I get "% Invalid input detected at '^' marker." Is there something I should be entering first? Or am I not supposed to be doing this via telnet?
Sorry for not knowing where this goes.
