UCE520 script Auto Attendant and PRI connection

How can I create an special script for the UC520 rather than use the default script ofg the auto attendant in the UCE520. Which program I should use for that.

How can I configure the VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 to connect it to the PRI PSTN, in reason that when I turned on the UCE520, it is not possible to configure it from the Cisco Configurator Assistant

Hi,

The VWIC2 is pretty easy to setup. Just go into the Telephony section of CCA. You need to know how many channels and the type of switch. Once you have that, you just plug it in and it works great. I just did one of these for the first time and it was much easier than I thought it would be.
