Unable to use "Dial" from the call history

Hi,

I would like to use the "Dial" button when looking at my missed call on the Call History but somehow all numbers has a "+1" in front of the 10 digits phone number.

All of them are in my local area codes. I tried to modify the Dial plan but without success.

I'm using a SPA514G with the latest firmware (7.6.2) without Cisco CallManager (Home office IP Phone).

Thanks!

One option is to use a translation pattern to modify the inbound caller ID. See the link below which gives an example of adding a prefix to inbound calls. The same concept can be used to strip +1 and add a prefix if necessary.

Thanks Brandon for this quick answer,

I should be more specific in my original post. I'm not using CallManager. This if a Home office IP phone.

In that case, your question will be relevant to below forum;
