VM to Email with Yahoo

Trying to configure voicemail to email with a customer that has yahoo business service. I have used every combination of ssl, non ssl, port 587, 465, but I keep getting the error message 'cannot connect to smtp server' when I try and send a test message.

has anyone used this with Yahoo mail services successfully?

Start verifying you can ping  smtp.mail.yahoo.com from CUE (NAT settings, etc).

Hi Dan,

What is the CUE version?
Remember that you need at least CUE 8.6.1 to support encryption.

Can you run a sniffer trace on the router to check what is failing? Or run some CUE traces?
