Hi

I was trying to install in laptop with Windows 7, package anyconnect-win-4.8.01090-core-vpn-webdeploy-k9 .

It started successfully but rolled back after seen the message installing new services, It ended prematurely.

I have checked the BFE service is running automatically.

Please let me know, how to solve it. If reqd, I will send the logfile.

is this corporate PC which pre-deploys or a personal one?

Some time if the corporate one, you do not have many rights to install, until you have admin-level access to this device.

another posting user has the same issue that could able to resolve by doing the below steps: can you please try and let us know.

able to install the VPN finally after changing Cryptographic Services (or CryptSvc) under services.msc to run as "Network Service" rather than "Local system", which is what it had been set to "Log On As".
