Hi,
Trying to troubleshoot this problem with AnyConnect on a MacOS Catalina. The MacBook keeps getting the prompt "AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again". This is after the authentication prompt of username/password.
Things I tried
Uninstalled the original client and installed 4.8 and still had the same problem.
Completely uninstalled it again and installed 4.10
Redeployed via Jamf
Tried multiple different networks
Side question
Where can we send in Cisco Dart logs?
Thanks for your help

Do you have any Windwow device which works ? or you only MAC to test it ?
what you see on the Server side (is this ASA or FTD ?) - are you authenticating against AD or Local users ?
Where can we send in Cisco Dart logs?
this is used for TAC when you open a TAC case to investigate for you ?

Thanks for the info.
We have nailed it down to definitely something wrong with the MacBook. Checked with our networking team and on their side they see it attempts to connect but is dropped from the user side. From the logs on dart it does resolve our vpn gateway ip address and able to authenticate the user. But it just gets this error "Message type error sent to the user: AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again."
No problem at all logging in to vpn a Windows PC or another MacBook. Is there a suggestion for a clean Anyconnect install for MacOS?
