Anyconnect PKG not installing VPN profiles on install

I am adding the VPN profiles to the profiles folder, but when I try to install the package it is not reading the profiles folder and not automatically adding the VPN profiles. I know you can manually add the profiles, but the installer should be able to automatically add the VPN profiles upon install.

Are you deploying the AnyConnect client and associated VPN profiles manually onto PCs?If so, are you following the guidelines posted here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect49/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-9/deploy-anyconnect.html#ID-1425-00000111

Especially, confirm that the profiles also exist on your VPN headend(s). That's required.
