Hello. I have AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client which is used to connect to different sites. Before the below issue occured the version of AnyConnect was 4.2.03013. Recently I connected to a new site which automatically updated the version to 4.8.03052. After that I was not able to connect to a specific site (let's say SiteX). The connection stucks on "Establishing VPN session..." for some minutes. Then I receive the following errors:
- The AnyConnect client service is not responding. A VPN connection cannot be established. Contact your system administrator.
- AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.
I am able to connect to other sites (even with lower ASA version). The problem occurs only with the site which has 9.8(4)15. I can provide DART results to anyone who is interested.
