ASA anyconnect support both cert and password authentication?

In order to secure the client connection, I am going to deploy ASA anyconnect by requiring the client to validate the user credentials first, and when the credentials are passed the ldap account and password need to be validated. Can you tell me if ASA anyconnect can do that. Is there any documentation on this?

Yes - this has been supported for many years on ASA. It also works with FTD.
