ASAv HA License

Greetings Folks, 

Can anyone clarify how the ASAv is licensed for cloud HA pairs? Specifically, I'm working in the Azure cloud and I can't find any details on cisco.com reference docs for ASAv that answers this question. The best I could find are HA deployment references to HA in ESXi. Any help/insight is appreciated.

I never deployed ASAv on Azure, but i do have ASA deployment, i do not see any difference in terms of License:
