Best way to prioritize traffic (VPN and HTTP)

Here is my scenario. I have a site-to-site VPN between the Corporate Office (3005 Concentrator) and the remote office (2MBup/down with a Cisco 1712 Router).

My issue is that HTTP traffic seems to be taking priority over traffic destined for the Corporate Office over the VPN (file transfers, SQL, etc...) What would be the best way to prioritize my traffic in where the traffic destined for (lets say 172.21.0.0) gets priority over HTTP traffic to the Internet. Or limiting how much bandwidth HTTP, FTP, HTTPS are allowed to use.

Hi Micheal

Can you clarify whether you are running both internet and vpn on a single ipsec tunnel ?

If possible do post out the config of your router.
