My company blocked several entertainment websites like youku.com. But even after I diconnect the Cisco Anyconnect and qutie the software, I still can't connect to the blocked websites, getting a "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" error in Chrome.
I don't know if this issue is related to the newly added Roaming Security function. I have tried to run the "ipconfig /flushdns" command to solve the unable-to-connect issue but it does not work.
Interestingly, usually 1 hour after I close the program, the connection to these websites will come back to normal...
The version of Cisco Anyconnect is: 4.5.05030
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1803, OS Build 17134.345

I know the reason, it's not because our company blocks youku.com. It's because the setting "block connections to untrusted servers" is on and the video play page of youku.com is kind of not fully secured....
The problem is, even I have unchecked this setting and quit Cisco Anyconnect, I still can't visit the video play page of youku.com...
