I cannot access my Citrix apps over connections through a Cisco 3020 SSL VPN. Enabled port 1494 forwarding, configured altaddr on Citrix but no go. Works fine over client-based VPN connections. I am told that the SSL VPN feature is for HTTPS traffic only, so it's unable to proxy ICA/Citrix no matter what the port. Can anyone confirm or expand on this? Any help greatly appreciated !!

Hello conejo,
I dont think SSL VPN supports citrix based applications as of now. Cisco has not tested this & says that it will be available in the next release. As per the documentation, these are the applications supported:
windows terminal services, telnet , SSH, Secure FTP, Perforce, Outlook, Lotus notes , XDDTS, Sametime instant messaging..
You can anyway try and see if it works.

This may or may not help, in the past I have had problems with Ctirix working though a VPN. The issue was the MTU settings. Have you set the fragment packet bit in Citrix? You can test it by sending a ping -l 1500 -f request to the Citrix server and see what the response is. If you get no response lower the -l to 1450 and see if that works for you.
