We are upgrading to AnyConnect 4.10.07062 to address CVE-2023-20178. However we still have a handful of machines running windows 7 32bit. When we tried to install the new version of AnyConnect we received the following error:
I know that version of windows id obsolete, but due to the workloads running on them we can not upgrade at this time. How can i install the new version of AnyConnect on these machines?
Thanks,

As detailed in the Cisco security advisory, the vulnerability only can happen *during* an upgrade to a version earlier than 4.10.07061.
Your are not vulnerable while simply *running* an older version.
The only way you are susceptible to the vulnerability would be *if you upgrade to a version earlier than 4.10.07061*.

I appreciate the insight, however we have already rolled out this version to over 80,000 endpoints. Is there a package i can get to target my 32bit windows 7 machines?
Thanks,

Microsoft will no longer sign drivers for OS versions prior to Windows 10. Due to this we no longer support these platforms. You only option at this point will be to stay on the older version of AnyConnect or upgrade those devices to Windows 10.
