Cisco AnyConnect keeps disconnecting on checkout from SVN

Hi I work remotely via the works VPN through CISCO AnyConnect which keeps disconnecting when I checkout a lot of files say from Subversion.

The connection speed is good 150mb/s plus.

the rest of my home devices on the same home network never disconnect at any point.

which is Fibre to the house.

 Also noticed when I run a speed test it also sometimes will disconnect from the VPN then I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before it can reconnect.

Why don't you ask your question in the "Networking" forum?
Cisco Anyconnect has nothing to do with Collaboration in the first place.
