Hello All,
We are facing issue in Cisco NAM client using in multiple window login profile. We have installed it in win10 for wireless auth from ISE 2.3 which is working but problem is when we are switching user's account it is not working and giving error "Cisco AnyConnect failed to start. It is already running in another user's session"
We have done window registry setting for multiple logins, as suggested by Cisco link.
Is there another way to fix this.
We want multiple users login in same win 10 system.
Thanks
Kamlesh

AnyConnect NAM is not compatible with fast user switching. The original users authentication will be used and the vpnui will not be shown for any subsequent users. This is expected behavior. The registry key you mentioned is primarily for use with RDP to allow remote connections of new users into the PC.

Thanks Stsargen,
Is there another way to configure win10 for dot1x wireless users. Currently native wireless client is not supporting with ISE 2.3. then we install NAM, in which we are facing multiple user's login issue.
Thanks

Hello Surendra,
We were facing issue while connecting dot1x configured wireless ssid in all Window 10 machine, however, it was perfectly working with Win7. We have gone through some technical discussion, and Cisco TAC advise also to use NAM client for Win 10 because of some compatibility issue.
After this we have installed NAM client in almost 20-25 win10 machine and it is working perfect only switch users problems. Before it was not switching to another user's profile but after changing some registry value then we are able to switch the user. Only issue is when switch the user NAM doesn't work and say "Cisco AnyConnect failed to start. It is already running in another user's session"
Thanks
Kamlesh
