Cisco AnyConnect on Windows 10, new issue - Could not connect to server. Pleaser verify internet connectivity.

Hi

 

We have been using Cisco AnyConnect 3.1.14018 without any issues on all of our PCs until the newest batch we're configuring. I have verified:

 

- we have internet connectivity

- the firewall allows it

- Windows Defender allows it

- all Windows patches have been applied

- disabling IPv6

 

We have followed exactly the same procedure as the 40+ previous Windows installations that are working without issue. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to troubleshoot?

I downloaded 4.7.02036 and that seems to work. Not sure why 3.1.14081 works on all the other Windows 10 machines but at least I have a solution.

Hi

Are you trying to connect using an anyconnect profile or typing manually the fqdn of your asa?

Can you try accessing the url using Firefox or other Internet browser?

Yes, I can hit the site using a browser no problem. 

I downloaded 4.7.02036 and that seems to work. Not sure why 3.1.14081 works on all the other Windows 10 machines but at least I have a solution.
