Hello all,
With Cisco Umbrella being replaced by Secure Client + Umbrella Module we are working on testing Secure Client before swapping all of our users over. I have it setup without any issues but was wondering if it is possible to hide the tray icon for the Cisco Secure Client. It's not too big of a deal but with Umbrella Roaming Client having no tray icon and just working in the background I figured I would see if it's possible to have the same functionality with Secure Client. Plus it will lead to less confusion from end users, as any new icons are always sure to.

AFAIK that is not possible.

Just thinking, why not to hid the icon tray via Windows OS itself similar to this?

Those instructions sadly won't let you permanently remove it from the extended tray, just the system tray (always visible). I figured it might not be possible since I wasn't able to find any instructions in my digging, figured no harm in asking.

Up in this topic!
I have similar concern so that minimizing the user intervention to disable the Cisco Secure Client, I wanted to lock it down like users should not be able to disable it or close it. Is this possible for the Cisco Secure Client or it is a policy already to be configured in the AD? thanks
