Hello All
I'm new in these forums, but I want to ask your support to solve an issue that I have with Cisco VPN client. I use Cisco VPN client to connect with one of my clients, the connection is always succesfull, and I can go to any netowork of my client even I can run any application. The issue occurs when I try to upload a file in a specific application after waiting some time I'm disconnected from the VPN with the following messages: Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: the remote peer is no longer responding.
I have monitored the behavior of the VPN using a ping -t "app IP" the ping always response and when I try to upload the file the ping immediately send the request time out and then I'm disconnected from the VPN, Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: the remote peer is no longer responding.
I have observed the bandwith consumption when I have this issue ans it is very low, less than 600 kb, the weird in this case is that sometimes I can upload the files without be disconnected (with this I think we can discard any firewall rule) but I have this issue only in the network of my enterprise, when I work from home or in any public network I do not have any issue.

I'm more suspicious of the VPN head end. Do you know what type of device it is (e,g. Cisco ASA 5515, Cisco Router 2911) and what software version it is using?

The software version is 5.0.07.0290. In my side it is a cisco asa, let me check if I can figure out what device is used in the customer side

I would check the cpu of the firewall, memory, etc. It sounds like there might be an overhead problem.
