Hi,

This is not a good design, if you plan to use phase 2 or 3 dmvpn. You can
overcome this with virtual links but it will become unnecessary
complicated. If you have large scale ospf network and you want to narrow
LSAs, you can have ABR per group of spokes which communicate with the hub
(area 0) and other ABRs for other groups of spokes

Hi,

This can be the case with phase 1 dmvpn only with multiple sub interfaces.
On for each area

Yes

But how many GRE tunnel interfaces on the hub?

I doubt this is cisco course, right? If sites would like to exchange routes from LAN spokes then you can use BGP with iBGP peerings or EIGRP.

You cannot, if you really want to use OSPF then links between spokes have to be in the same Area and then maybe on the spokes for Alan interface you give Area 1, Area 2 and etc.
