Does the IPSec through NAT mode work when using the VPN Client (ver 3.x) into a PIX running ver 6.x?

Hi,

No, Im sorry. IPSEC through NAT doesn't work when connecting to a pix. There is no option to supply the client with information that makes it encapsulate the IPSEC in UDP packets. You need one of Cisco's VPN concentrators for that.
