Error Installing AnyConnect in Windows 10

I'm having some problems with installing Anyconnect 4.9.06037 I get the following error:

 

"There is a problem with this windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Conact your support personnel or package vendor"

I tried this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wj2bdkVtS28  instruction and my problem wasn't solved, Can anyone please help me? I need this application for my work.

Hi @fatemeh.amini,

Please try to disable your AV and try again. I've seen in the past that some AV engines block installation as AnyConnect is creating network interface, which they can consider as malicious activity.
