Error installing Cisco's VPN client 3.6.x

Hello everyone,

I receive the following error--> "The InstalShield (Ikernel.exe) could not be launched...Error loading type library/DLL," when I try to install either version (3.6.1, 3.6.3, and 3.6.3a) of Cisco's VPN client. I am not sure if it's a client problem, or if it's a Windows one.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure you are logging in to the client with admin privileges and that you have your antivirus programs disabled while installing the VPN client (antivirus programs have been known to cause installs to fail).
