If there is any example of show the IPSec connection from VPN Client 3.x to PIX 515 and authenticat from MS IAS ??

Hi,

Do you mean the PIX config or the IAS bit? On the PIX it's just regular xauth using the IAS server for Radius. This link should get you started:
