show us the both the side config - if you say VPN established Phase 1 and Phase 2, then i suspect

access issue mostly ACL.

I'm sure you did this. But remember to add the egress remote IP address to the config. This is under "Remote Group Setup". You can also look at the software version and see if you can upgrade the firmware.

Yes the ip are the ones I am masked for the version of the firmwire there is every 2 a days
