IOS NAT overload with ipsec

Has anyone had success configuring the following scenario:

netscreen vpn client --> Cisco 3745 (NAT overload) --> Netscreen 204 VPN

In this scenario, how is the router supposed to be configured to account for the IPSEC? I have seen references to using NAT-T. Is it the correct feature to use? ANY examples would be greatly appreciated.
