IPSEC VPN with Pix 501

I setup ipsec vpn on a 501.

I can connect ok but cant ping anything on the inside

here is the config anyone got any ideas as to what i am doing wrong

I got this working before this box is slightly more complicated in that it also has a L2L tunnel to another site

Hi,

Try this and see if it works.

replace

crypto map outside_map 65535 ipsec-isakmp dynamic outside_dyn_map_2

with

crypto map outside_map 65535 ipsec-isakmp dynamic outside_dyn_map

and add this

vpngroup RAS dns-server dns1 dns2

dns1 and dns2 will be the dns you use. I know the dns might not matter, but there's no harm in trying.
