You mean access the same internal host using different global o public Ip addresses?
If that is the question, yes it can be done.

I am using 8.2(2).
How to do that?
When I was trying to NAT a secondary public IP to the same internal IP on ASDM, I got the following error msg:
"The modified Static NAT Rule cannot be configured, as it overlaps with following existing rules"

access-list test permit ip 10.10.100.180 255.255.255.255 any
static (inside,outside) 4.2.2.3 access-list test
INFO: overlap with existing static
inside:10.10.100.180 to outside:4.2.2.2 netmask 255.255.255.255
As you see this time is not an error message is just an INFO message

But how come on ASDM it was an error and won't let me go thougth?

That is because you are not doing it as I am doing it ( With an ACL,etc)
