How much is the ISR 4000, 3000 and 2000 routers throughput if I have DMVPN tunnels with 1 Hub and 6 spoke using IPSec? and how much each model support maximum?

Hi

ISR4k, 3k and 2k is subdivided in many models like 4451, 4431,4421,etc and each model have different capacity.  I advise you to go through the data sheet to check those information.

DMVPN  is a not a parameter for performance but IPSEC.

On the Datasheet you can find information like this:

"The Boost License provides a license tier above the Performance License allowing customers to completely remove the ISR4000’s performance limiters. This will make the ISR 4000 platforms perform at entirely new performance levels, allowing for 4+ Gbps of IP Routing (CEF) performance on the 4400 series ISRs. For deployments using encryption, IPSec throughput with AES 256 increases to 250Mbps on the lowest platform up to 10Gbps on the ISR4461."

@Adnan Khan best you check the datasheets for the exact model of ISR routers as the performance will vary per platform.

For the 4000 series using encryption, IPSec throughput with AES 256 increases to 250Mbps on the lowest platform up to 10Gbps on the ISR4461.

What is the speed of each internet connection?

Hello,

that is a very complex question. The 2000/3000 series routers are (very) old and partially end of life. The 4000 series...it depends on which license you have (e.g. the HSECK9 license increases the crypto throughput to 250MB).

Which models and which licenses do you have exactly ?
