license anyconnect ASR 1000

hi All,

i have a ASR 1000 router and I have configured anyconnect on the WAN interface, I can connect with  anyconnect Client 4.x from insite but cannot connect from outside.

cisco tac sent me this mail :

Please also be aware that ASA5516-FPWR-,ASR1001-X devices doesn't provide access to  Anyconnect 4x.

As mentioned at the top of the AnyConnect 4.x e is only available to customers who have purchased Plus/Apex licenses.

PLUS license comes with a contract, which needs to be associated with the user's profile >>>>

i want to know if a special license is requierd on my router to execute anyconnect  from outside
