Windows 10 PC with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 4.6.04056
Tried to login and the error message (in Title) is showing up.
3 different machines, variable Windows 10 versions and AnyConnect versions, the same result in all.
What are the requirements? Where can I see the list of them? Any ideas?

Most commonly this is due to the administrator having created a Dynamic Access Policy (DAP) on the ASA headend. The end user is not shown the requirements; but the admin can see them in the configuration and the unmet requirements are shown in the syslog if the logging level is set to allow it.

- That depends on the vpn-server where anyconnects to (asa?). What are the policies ? What's in the logs when these problematic hosts try to connect ?
