Maximum Throughput for SSL VPN clients in FPR2110?

Hello,

Does anyone knows where to find any statistics about the traffic o restriction in throughput of a FirePower 2110, running as vpn concentrator (SSL VPNs specifically)?

I was trying to get some data in www.cisco.com without success. If someone can help, it will be very appreciated.

Thanks,

i do not believe any inforamtion you can find over site that information as per my understand.

but you can monitor the interface connected and if you have netflow in place to monotor granular.

Hi,

You have the throughout characteristics available in the Data Sheet: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/firepower-2100-series/datasheet-c78-742473.html

If you're looking for traffic statistics for your VPN users:

            - with FMC, go to "Analysis-->Connection Events" and make use of "Traffic over Time" WorkFlow

           - use Netflow via FlexConfig https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/configuring-nsel-netflow-on-cisco-firepower-threat-defense-ftd/ta-p/3646300

Thanks, Cristian for your answer.
The question is: In datasheet what specifications tells me the maximum traffic that I can handle with the unit if only user vpns is accepting?
I mean, independently the users quantity (assuming the limits is not reach), how much traffic the firewall allows me to use?

Hi,

First of all, those are Data Sheet performances, real-life you'll get less than that. So if you have a 2110 and using it for VPN traffic, your upper limit is, as per the Data Sheet 800Mbps.
