Measure Latency of home Anyconnect user

Hey super straightforward question, is it possible to measure the latency to a home user over AnyConnect from our headend VPN ASA 5525 firewall?

Most of our home users have no troubles, but some have call quality issues with Jabber Softphones, or RDP is laggy. I want to blame their ISP, but the proof is in the pudding.

Is there a command or something in ASDM where I can measure latency between our ASA 5525 and the home users PC through the AnyConnect tunnel?

I've done packet captures and I see drops because packets are out of order so I know it's there. Our ACL's don't permit a ping to home users PC and we would like to keep it that way.

I ended up updating our ACL's to allow ping to a single IP address in our datacenter, so I can test latency to remote clients via pingplotter or a good old fashion ping in a command prompt. But if there was another way I would be all ears.
