Hi!

We are using failover-bundles. As service the next business day option.

What occurs, if on Friday the primary unit fails and the replacement unit comes on Monday?

I read, that without failover connection the secondary (failover license) will reboot every 24h. Is this correct?

Someone expericences?

My understanding is that if the failover Cable is connected, the Secondary will remain up indefinately after a failure in the primary occurs. The only thing to take care of is to ensure that you don't reboot the secondary after the primary fails. Reboooting the secondary, once the primary has failed, will result in the secondary thinking that there is no Primary and will cause it to reboot periodically.
