Remote access VPN can't connect to internal network

Trying to configure this using all CLI as I have not had much luck getting these to work with ASDM.  I was able to get the VPN client to connect and to pick up an IP address from the pool I created but now I cannot ping or access anything on the internal network.  I'm sure that I am missing something in my config but I am not 100% sure what it is.  Could someone please take a look at it and let me know if there is something glaringly missing.

Have you configured access from the internal LAN to your VPN cllient?  The devices on your internal LAN need to be able to reach the VPN client subnet.   HTH
