ssl client connected but cannot ping or reach networks servers

Dear support

I recently create a ssl vpn connexion. i used ssl vpn client 5.0.06.0160.

The client connected to the ASA and locked the yellow padlock but cannot reach the internal network, cannot ping servers and the traffic is not return back from the firewall.

But with the same ssl vpn client, i can easly connect to another customer and reach servers.

What can be the problem please? is the configuration on the firewall the issue? because it work with another customer

I have just checked the both firewalls config and remark with command

Not working ASA, there is this command:no sysopt connection permit-vpn

Working ASA, there is not this command,

Can you someone clarify me on this command? it's this command responsible

Dear All,

It's now working by enter this command

MY-ASA(config)# crypto isakmp nat-traversal 20

and also use this command to

MY-ASA(config)# sysopt connection permmit-vpn

Please post your running config from ASA, where you have configured ssl-vpn for easier trouble shooting purpose.
