If you do a show interface g0/0 on an ASA5520, does the "dropped packets" count include packets that were dropped because on an access-list? Thanks!

Regardless of the process by which packets are dropped. If you have an access-list all packets dropped by that access-list will be included in the dropped packet count on "show interface".
Number of packets input on the interface and the number of packets dropped on the interface will be almost same.
Thanks
