VPN ACLs change on refresh

I am able to get my VPN up via SDM and everything communicates fine. But as soon as I save and refresh, or logoff and log on the system changes the VPNs ACLs to something else. Which causes the VPN to go down. 

Do I just have a faulty image? Is this a known issue with IOS or SDM? I couldn't find anything related to this particular issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

 On which hardware you are running IPSEC VPN , what is IOS version ??

We are using a Cisco 2811 to an ASA 5510 and ASA 5505. The issue is with the Cisco 2811. It's IOS version is 12.3(11)T4.
