VPN client split tunnel control

Is it possible to allow split tunnel on the client if the server (ASA) is not configured to allow split tunnel?

We have a problem were the VPNClient is running on a virtual server and we lose our control channel when we start a VPN session!

No, all the configuration on the vpn client is pushed through from the ASA (VPN server) including the split tunnel policy.

So you would need to configure split tunnel on the ASA for the vpn client to have a split tunnel when connected.
