One of the client is getting following error when trying anyconnect.
They are connected to an external broadband connection.
"connection attempt has timed out.Please verify internet"

Hello @suthomas1,
I would suggest to get the DART for the machine since the problem is only one PC, I think the tshoot should be focused on the PC, here is the link for the DART: https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/how-to-collect-the-dart-bundle-for-anyconnect/ta-p/3156025
Upload the file and we can check what is the problem.

are other clients able to connect sucessfully, to the same IP/hostname?
what product is this terminating on ? ASA?
have you got the anyconnect client logs?

this is only single user.
it is an asa 5520, where to look for anyconnect logs?

run a debug webvpn anyconnect 255 on the asa and let user attempt to connect.
add output to post, so we can analyse/
the client itself contains a connection log as well.
