Vpn Site to Site Password on Phase 1

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any sample configuration showing the Phase 1 on VPN  Site to Site with password?

I'm using 5515 ios 9.1(2)

Well if you want to see what password has been configured on the given tunnel, save your running configuration via a TFTP.  When configuration is saved open it via word-pad, you will see the password in it.

If you are asking what phase one is comprise of, it is different question altogether.

  encryption aes

  hash sha

  authentication pre-shared

  group 2

tunnel-group x.x.x.x  type ipsec-l2l

tunnel-group x.x.x.x ipsec-attributes

ikev1 pre-shared key xxxx

If you want to view the key after configuration, you can use  "more system:running-config | be tunnel-group"

Hi Puneesh,

I don't think this command (more system:running-config | be tunnel-group) is available on version 9.1.5.

Any idea what would be an alternative command for this?
