Hi, you can download anyconnect from cisco website as .zip file which
includes all modules including DART.

Hi,

Go to cisco download page provided by balaji and download "AnyConnect
Pre-Deployment Package (Windows) - includes individual MSI files"

This includes the installation of all packages, along with DART MSI. Go
ahead and install it.

Cisco has only 4.8 and 4.9 version for download, have not found anything below recently (but cisco partner can provide you dart file)

It can also be specified on the headend (assuming a Cisco ASA) to automatically install or add the DART module for connecting clients that don't already have it..
