After Windows 10 Update KB4013429 on 3/14/17 VPN does not connect to Internet. I use Cisco Anyconnect version 3.1.05160. Once it connects, there is no internet connection - websites do not load in any browser. This was working properly prior to the update. Please help!

Have you tried removing the KB? is everything working again?

So after doing some research lets try the following:
-Unistall the AnyConnect and do a clean install.
If the issues persist try running the latest version of AnyConnect 3.1:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286281272&softwareid=282364313&release=3.1.14018&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
If this is not working try following this path:
Control Panel>ProgramsandFeatures>InstalledUpdates>Search for KB4013429>right click and uninstall
If after Uninstalling this KB the issue still happens i will recommend you to open a case with TAC (considering this was up and running before the Windows upgrade)
