Access to the Internet for one account from several IP addresses

Hi, my domain accounts can get an access to the Internet from 1 IP address (policy on WSA).

Can i configure WSA to allow one domain account to get an access from several IP addresses (several workstations) and how to do it?

It does that by default...

If using ip surrogates it can associate up to 8 ips to a user.

If using cookie surrogates I don't think there's a limit...

At my Enterprise it is not by default.

Can u tell me where do we need to configure it? in policy or where?

I m not an admin of wsa, i will tell to admins)

Hi Alibek,

Go to Network/Authentication and check if the flag "Prohibit an authenticated user from accessing the internet from a different ip address" in section User Session Restriction is checked.

Hope this helps,

Alessandro

it isn't checked. but users can access an Internet from 1 ip address
