Can't access tickets

I created a ticket and received a notification that it was resolved. However, when I go to https://talosintelligence.com/tickets/559233, it redirects me to https://talosintelligence.com/. If I try to just go to https://talosintelligence.com/tickets/, it again redirects me to https://talosintelligence.com. How am I supposed to view the status of the ticket?

I've tried Chrome, Brave and Edge and all three browsers behave the same way. I've tried clearing the browser cache and there's no change in behavior from above.

Yes, I did log in. I logged in on all three browsers to be clear.

Don't know why the link won't work, but you ought to be able to click on the hambuger, then Support, then pick My Tickets at the top.

That's why I'm posting here, is not working. I also just tried on my phone and get the same result as on the desktop.

Weird... I am logged in looking at my tickets, so its not generally broken.

I have this same issue.  I have logged in on both Chrome incognito and Edge inprivate window and I cannot access my tickets.  I keep getting redirected back to the main site.  I also cannot look at my account it redirects me back to the main site.   I even tried on my personal laptop and had the same results as my corporate laptop.  I could access my tickets and my account last week now I can't.

I just tried again and if I click on "My Account" or "Support Tickets" I just get redirected back to the home page.

Same here. Redirects from /tickets to the homepage with a 302

Does Cisco monitor this forum or am I posting in vain?

It appears Cisco does not monitor this forum.  I still cannot view my tickets on their site or access my account.  I have tried inprivate on Edge and incognito on chrome.  I have tried a regular login.  I have tried my corporate laptop and my personal laptop and no matter what I do I cannot view my tickets or look at my account.

I've poked some people I know... we'll see if it gets anywhere.

Hello, once you are logged in to TalosIntelligence.com, you should see your email address in the upper right corner of the page. What do you see in parenthesis next to your email address?
