Can you limit bandwidth to websites using the S-Series?

I have a client that wants to limit bandwidth for his users to specific sites.  Can you do that with the Ironport S-Series web security appliance?  How granular is the control?

Unfortunately no. Currently we can do overall bandwidth control and streaming media bandwidth control. Currently we cannot do site specific control.
