Hello, can anyone infor me about how much it takes for a ticket to be resolved on CISCO Talos? Because I can't access 2 websites that I need to access them everyday for my company because my IP is banned from Talos. I did make a ticket after I checked my company network computers and everything but is still pending for sometime now, and my accounting apps that I use need to be conected with those 2 websites (a banking and a national website). Can anyone inform me about this? Also my ban is for 1 month witch i can't afford not to be conected to the websites. Thank you.

most case they are very quick if you have raised ticket with them with correct information provide:
if this is urgent you can also reach over phone.

As @balaji.bandi mentioned it should be fast.
As I understand correctly, your company IP has been marked as blocked list and you can not access those two URLs since they are using TALOS !?
Did you checked your office IP reputations in https://www.talosintelligence.com/ ?
I believe it is better to check the IP subnet as well. it sometimes, will gave you some clue about the blocking reasons.
