My website has been given a poor rating by Senderbase.
We had a few issues with it in early January that were rectified, however it is now March and the rating has not been changed.
A number of organisations that use the Cisco are now unable to access our website to order or view our menu.
Norton webcheck also had us listed as poor, but they have now listed us as good (after requesting a review).
I have requested a review from Senderbase, however it is still shown as poor. How can I get this rectified ?
The website is www.buzzcatering.com.au

I wanted to let you know that we will look into this, however i can not guarantee that any changes in the reputation of the site will be made. I will submit the site to be scanned and reply back once the scan is completed.

Hey Paul,
Sorry for the long wait, but the score has been resolved. It is showing as neutral now on senderbase.
