False positive "The requested website may be dangerous"

One of our customers is receiving the following message when trying to access our website "The requested website may be dangerous", we believe the problem is related to an event that occurred two months ago when our website was infected with malware but is currently clean and malware-free.

Could you help us with how to report a false positive to Cisco?
