Hi
i am having issue with WSA web login as i am not able to login when i enter username/password. it actually get struck there. i came across on same issue for ESA on this link https://community.cisco.com/t5/email-security/chrome-60-won-t-login-to-esa-web-ui/td-p/3095793 and found the below solution for ESA https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/email-security-appliance/211583-Cisco-ESA-WSA-SMA-Login-Workaround.html
however when i used the same workaround for WSA it work for login but i cannot click on any tab as it keep open Scripted page instead of desired page.
i used Chrome/Mozilla but not able to find the workaround for WSA. is there any way i can get same Extension for WSA as well as its provided by Cisco for ESA.
Thanks

IE is the only solution, But if you can contact TAC, they make some changes for you to work on chrome.

Hi
why Cisco did not provide workaround for WSA if they already provided ESA Workaround (Tempermonkey extension).
is there any way by rebooting the WSA this can be solved or something else. even we tried IE but that didn't work

Hi,
This is issue is tracked in defect CSCvf51310 WSA - Unable To Log Into AsyncOS Using Google Chrome - Version 60.0.3112.78 Or Newer.
However this issue has been resolved on below versions and above:
9.1.3 and above
10.5.2 and above
10.1.3 and above
11.5 and above
Would recommend to upgrade to those newer versions that contains permanent fix for it.
The temporary workaround is to contact TAC for TAC to install the fix script to the appliance from backend, however this is only temporary workaround as when you upgrade or reboot the appliance the script is wiped out and need to be re-initiated again from backend.
Regards
Handy Putra
